How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches Replyleaders Garage Doors deserves a fair and honest experience. If yours fell short, please tell us. This page shows how to raise a concern and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can contact us about:

  • How Replyleaders Garage Doors handled your call or message
  • How your personal information was treated
  • Anything on the site that looks unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one sets its own quotes and prices, does its own work and handles its own customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your door, a good first step is to contact the provider directly and keep written notes of what was said.

Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Replyleaders Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or decide a matter on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@replyleaders.garden and include:

  • Your name and contact details
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number or form you used, if you know it
  • The provider's name, if you have it
  • What happened and the outcome you would like

What Happens Next

We will confirm by email that we received your message, usually within a few business days. Then we will review it, which may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any action we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for a second look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office, your attorney general or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider is licensed, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
